Are your cookies nut-free?
No. Most of our cookies contain nut ingredients, or have traces of nuts, because they're all baked in the same kitchen. If you have a nut allergy, please don't order.
Are the cookies fresh?
Yes. Each cookie is made to order the day of, or the day before, dispatch, for that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste. Nothing is baked ahead and stored.
How does shipping work?
Our cookie boxes are designed for shipping. Each cookie is individually sealed, nested in honeycomb kraft paper and handled with care. Express shipping is $12 anywhere in Australia and takes 1 to 3 business days.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free within 15 minutes of The Gap, and Brisbane local delivery is $7. You choose the option at checkout.
How long until my box is dispatched?
Cookie boxes are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Seasonal boxes have a set dispatch day instead, which is shown on their page and at checkout.
Can I choose my flavours?
Yes. At checkout you tell us which of the six OG flavours you'd like in your box, in any mix. Seasonal boxes come with one of each cookie in the line-up.
Do you do catering or bulk orders?
We do. Weddings, corporate events, bulk orders and market days. Send the date and the numbers through the catering page and we'll reply with options and a price.
